“The Blood of JESUS, The WARRIOR” (Rev. 19:16)

JESUS our Conquering KING!!!

 Image

Let’s bow before HIM. No longer a Suffering Servant. But as a CONQUERING KING.

The coming KING. Who Was, who is and is to come.

Our God is a God of war!!

Image

He wage war against dark forces.  God war against sin.

One thing that God expects from us, His people is to engaged in war.

God is a God of promises.

His promises are true, yet, we need to fight before we can experience His promises.

God commanded all His people to be courageous, because we’re on war!

Victory can only be achieved when we engaged in war.

You are in a war!     Therefore,    You are a warrior!

The Blood of JESUS, The WARRIOR

Image

Jesus is a warrior!  He fought! He shed blood.

The blood of eternal covenant.

The blood that heals.

The blood that saves.

The blood that cleanses us from all of our sins.

1. FIRST SHEDDING OF BLOOD OF CHRIST -  AT GETHSEMANE

Luk 22:44  And being in an agony He prayed more earnestly. And His sweat was as it were great drops of blood falling down to the ground.

Betrayal – a violation of covenant  (marriage, peace covenant, etc…)

Christ did not care though  Judas will betray Him. What was important for Jesus, at this moment of extreme agony and great suffering, He will never allow pains and suffering to hinder Him in expressing His love.

So When Christ took a bread and dip it and give it to Judas; traditionally, it’s an expression of great love.

It’s possible that In our most critical moment, people that we love and respect will betray us.

2. SECOND SHEDDING OF BLOOD – CROWN OF THORNS ON HIS HEAD

Christ’s head was attacked by the devil, using Roman soldiers. yet Jesus stood firm.

Scalp – one of the most sensitive part of the body.

One major sin of humanity was in thought, committed by Eve.

Our mind is dirty, so sinful.

Our minds carries thousands of sin – anger, pride, arrogance, etc..

Our thinking was corrupted.

Our thoughts were under cursed.

It is very difficult for us to think of godly things.

Our mind has the power to bring us to all forms of immorality.

It has the power to strip people naked.

Problem: Church has the same mind with the world

Our minds, our thinking is under cursed.

Christ paid all sins of the mind.

Jesus took all curses when Crown of thorns was put in His head and blood started to flow.

We now have the ability to think of godly things. We  are now free to think of things that pleases God.

Thanks to the blood of Christ.

3. THIRD SHEDDING OF BLOOD – WHEN HIS BACK WAS FLOGGED

            BY ROMAN SOLDIERS.

Image

flogged – beat severely with a whip.

Science & medical experts said that humanity has 39 different infirmities.

Infirmity – The state of being weak in health or body (especially in old age)

Jesus was whipped 39 times.

39 lashes stand for 39 infirmities

Isa 53:5  But He was wounded for our transgressions; He was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was on Him; and with His stripes we ourselves are healed.

Psa 103:3  who forgives all your iniquities; who heals all your diseases;

The stripes of Jesus is our medicine; temporal and eternal cure for all humanity.

4. FOURT SHEDDING OF BLOOD – WHEN HIS HANDS WERE NAILED

Image

Hands of Christ were hands of healing, hands that cheers; hands that comfort. Loving hands; miraculous hands…   those hands, hands that healed, hands that care, hands that comfort and hands that brought love and compassion were crucified.

The hands that brought  peace, supernatural care and comfort are now bloody

Peace in life, peace at home, peace in businesses, peace in our family

Blood in Christ’s hands destroyed the spirit of violence in our hands.

Our hands should never ever be an instrument in shedding other peoples’ blood, especially our families’ blood.

My hands and your hands should release healing, comfort and love to people’s lives, especially to our families.

Story of A young boy, age 12, was excited to go home from school for two reasons; first, he has his report card with high grades, second, It was his birthday….

Our hands are bloody.

We shed the blood of our own family.

The hands of Christ shed blood to destroy violence.

Use your hands to bless, embrace and love your family…

5. FIFTH SHEDDING OF BLOOD – WHEN HIS FEET WAS NAILED.

 Image

Gen 3:15  And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your seed and her Seed; He will bruise your head, and you shall bruise His heel.

The serpent bruised His heel.

The feet of Christ was attacked by the serpent.

Christ had to be in that very difficult and painful position.

His position brought extreme pain in His body.

FIFTH SHEDDING OF BLOOD – WHEN HIS FEET WAS NAILED.

The state of being kept down by unjust use of force or authority

Burdened psychologically or mentally. Putting down

Oppressed – being pressure heavily mentally

FIFTH SHEDDING OF BLOOD – WHEN HIS FEET WAS NAILED.

Christ had to be in that very difficult and painful position.

His position brought extreme pain in His body.

The extreme pain of Christ destroyed the spirit of oppression.

6. SIXTH SHEDDING OF BLOOD – WHEN THEY PULL THE BEARD FROM JESUS’ FACE.

Christ’s face was disfigured.  Christ’s face was torn when His beard was pulled.

Many of us hate our face. We hate our nose, we hate our lips,  .. our eyes, we hate our face, with pimples, with many ugly things..

Christ’s face shed blood so that we will learn  to accept and appreciate our face.

Jesus destroyed the spirit of poor self image when His face was disfigured.

Jesus became ugly so that you will become beautiful in His eyes and in your own eyes.

SIXTH SHEDDING OF BLOOD – WHEN THEY PULL THE BEARD FROM JESUS’ FACE.

7. SEVENTH SHEDDING OF BLOOD – WHEN SOLDIERS PIERCED HIS BODY WITH A  SPEAR, FLUID AND BLOOD BURST OUT

Jesus’ heart exploded for love to each and everyone of us.

Christ suffered rejection. He was rejected by His own family, rejected by His disciples, rejected by crowd.

The most painful rejection was when Jesus was rejected by His own Father.

Jesus shouted,  “Father, Father Why hast thou forsaken Me?”

The Blood of Jesus, holy and powerful Blood, the Blood of eternal covenant.

Without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sin.

The Blood of the Lamb that taketh away the sins of the world.

The coming KING. Who Was, who is and is to come.

To HIM be the glory, the power, the majesty both  now and forver more. Amen…
